Saadi Sardar, the founding and managing partner of Sardar & Co, is a Barrister-at-Law and an advocate of the High Court of Sindh. He obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Kent, UK. In 2018, Mr. Sardar was called to the Bar from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, following which he moved back to Pakistan and started working at Lawyers for Human Rights and Legal Aid. During his time there, he collaborated with UN Women to help establish the Women Protection Unit. Thereafter, he started working at Sarmad Hani & Co. In 2021, he used his expertise and passion for law to establish his own independent law firm – Sardar & Co.
Mr. Sardar, a seasoned trial lawyer, leads a diverse legal practice encompassing civil litigation, public interest law, white-collar crime, and constitutional law.
