Saadi Sardar, the founding and managing partner of Sardar & Co, is a Barrister-at-Law and an advocate of the High Court of Sindh. He obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Kent, UK. Thereafter, he was called to the Bar from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, following which he moved back to Pakistan and started working at Lawyers for Human Rights and Legal Aid. During his time there, he collaborated with UN Women to help establish the Women Protection Unit. Thereafter, he started working at Sarmad Hani & Co. In 2021, he used his expertise and passion for law to establish his own independent law firm – Sardar & Co.
Saadi is skilled at leading trials and handles a wide range of cases, with a particular focus on civil litigation, public interest litigation, white collar crimes, constitutional law, property law and labour law. As a partner, he brings about a fresh energy and perspective to the field of law by thinking innovatively and working enthusiastically.
